Executive Chairman
As Executive Chairman of DoubleWing Health & Beauty Douglas Andrews is responsible for the overall management of the business and sets the company's global objectives and strategy. He is also responsible for all executive and board appointments. DoubleWing is Douglas’s second venture serving as a bridge between European and Chinese healthcare markets over the last ten years.
Douglas began his healthcare career with the Schering-Plough Corporation (now Merck & Co.) in the USA, working in both global and Latin American regional headquarters operations. He then moved with Schering to Europe from the late 1980’s and played a major role in setting up the company’s commercial infrastructure in central and eastern Europe after the fall of the Berlin Wall. His final position with Schering was that of General Manager for the Benelux countries from which he departed in late 2000 to found a series of generic pharmaceutical companies, including Consilient Health (niche retail generics) and Stravencon Ltd (injectable hospital generics).
Douglas has also served as a member of the Investment Committee of the National Bank of Dubai Sana, advising on investments in the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia. Douglas has a B.A. in History from Columbia College, U.S.A, and an M.A./M.Phil. in Balkan and Russian Area Studies from Columbia University.

William Wang is DoubleWing Health & Beauty's Chief Executive Officer for China. William has spent over 25 years assisting foreign businesses from EU, Australia and US to set up operations in China.
After serving as the senior Trade Officer for the Western Australian (WA) Trade Office in Hangzhou, he joined Stravencon Ltd. as head of Chinese operations. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in assisting major Chinese pharmaceutical companies, such as Sinopharm, Shandong Qilu and NCPC, to access the European market.
William has comprehensive commercial knowledge of consumer healthcare, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries in China as well as strong connections to the CFDA, the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Health.
William received an undergraduate business degree from Taiyuan Technical University and a master’s in systematic engineering from the China University of Mining and Technology. He has also taken advanced management courses at Fudan University.
